Staphylococcus aureus CC398: Host Adaptation and Emergence of Methicillin Resistance in Livestock  Study shows that a strain of MRSA jumped from people into pigs on farms, acquired methicillin resistance and tetracycline resistance. Then it jumped back into people again, causing serious illness.
